Remote Clinical Supervisor / Billing Sign-Off (LPC, LSW) We are seeking a fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW) for a 1099 Independent Contractor role focused on clinical oversight and administrative sign-off.
This is a 100% remote position with a very low time commitment, ideal for a therapist looking for supplemental income.
Primary Responsibilities Clinical Oversight: Review and sign off on clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans. Billing Compliance: Ensure notes meet medical necessity standards for insurance submission. Supervision: Provide occasional clinical consultation or supervision as required by state regulations. Requirements Unrestricted License: Current LPC, LCSW in Ohio. Experience: Previous experience with insurance billing, ICD-10 coding, and clinical supervision preferred. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and secure digital signatures. Insurance: Must maintain individual professional liability insurance. The Details 100% Remote: Work from anywhere on your own schedule. Low Volume: Designed to be a flexible, part-time "add-on" to your current practice.
