Wishpond Technologies currently has the position of Lead Research Team Lead available, and we’re excited to tell you about it!   OVERVIEW We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Lead Research Team Lead to oversee our lead research and data Research efforts.  This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing remote team servicing and building relationships with clients primarily based in the US and Canada.  This role is responsible for supervising daily team activities, ensuring lead quality and productivity, and acting as the main Point of Contact (POC) between the Lead Research team and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong experience in lead research, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining high data accuracy standards. In collaboration with the Lead Research department, the Lead Research Team Lead is responsible for the success of Wishpond Technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise daily tasks, workload, and performance of the Lead Research tea. • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality leads aligned with campaign and client requirements • Monitor individual and team KPIs, productivity, and data quality metrics • Conduct regular team check-ins, audits, and quality reviews. • Assist in onboarding and training new team members on lead research and generation tools, processes, and standards • Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements  • Prepare and submit regular performance and progress reports to the Business Development Manager • Ensure compliance with internal data standards, campaign guidelines, and confidentiality policies • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lead Research / Lead Generation • At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Senior RA, or supervisory role (preferred) • Strong understanding of lead sourcing methods, ICPs, data validation, and enrichment • Hands-on experience with lead research and generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar platforms • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Must be Tech-savvy and administratively strong. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). This position may be required to download and utilize company software. • The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on Pacific Time. • Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment reference, criminal record and credit checks. • Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
